cuộc đời đó có bao lâu mà hững hờ

Every stopped life carries a message in it. It can be a long journey full of happy and sad experiences and all about reaching the last peace. It may be a confession that needs to be shared, but while alive, there is no way to force someone to listen to…

Yesterday afternoon on the flight back to Saigon, he sat next to an elderly lady with her niece. She struggled to fasten her seat belt because it was too short while her niece was engrossed in her phone.

He unintentionally loosened the rope and tied it to her under the suspicious gaze of the young girl accompanying her. The old lady smiled and said, “Thank you brother, my life cycle is too big so any short seat belt can’t be attached”. He also laughed.

The Pacific Airlines’ tune was melodious during takeoff, landing, moving and taxing on the runway. The old lady was very happy and kept on the right moment, humming “that life, how long will it take to be indifferent?”

He and the elder lady looked at each other with masks covering half of their faces, smiling brightly because they knew that after landing, they might never see each other again for the rest of their lives.

Loving someone is good, loving your loved ones is better, loving yourself is the best. Because how long is that life indifferent?
